The answer is NO. ❌

Fuell is designed to allow business managers to control company expenses in the simplest possible way (instant allocation of funds, requesting funds, etc.), without the need for cash.

That is why with Fuell you will be able to pay at any establishment, but you will not be able to withdraw cash from an ATM.
