In Fuell there are two totally different concepts related to balance amounts:

  • The balance available in the company's account that is recharged via transfer (or quick recharge), and from which all expenses incurred by users will be deducted, as well as Fuell fees.

  • The balance set up in the budgets and assigned to the users.

At this point it should be noted that the second one will be possible to be taken into account as long as there is available balance to operate. 👇

That is, if a user has €500 allocated to spend on a monthly basis, but at the time when he/ she is about to make a payment the account does not have enough funds available, the payment will not be effective. 👎
