Your Fuell password, code and PIN are not the same concept, and I will help you to differentiate between them so that you can operate without any problems. 👇



Password to access Fuell

The Fuell password is the one you defined when you completed the registration process, and it is the one you use to access your Fuell account - and that you will omit if you have activated biometrics.

  • If you want to change your password, open your account from the web platform and go to your Profile. Once there, select Change password.

  • If you have forgotten your password and would like to reset it, visit this page and click on Forgot your password? . Immediately, you will be sent an email to your registered Fuell email address with instructions on how to proceed. 🚀



4-digit security code

The Fuell code is the one you defined when you completed the registration process. It consists of 4 numeric digits, and it is the one requested for security purposes before making any operation on the account.

  • If you want to change this code, go to your account from the web platform or App and access the Profile menu. Once there, click on Change password.

  • If you have forgotten your code and wish to reset it, you must contact us via chat, where we will tell you the steps to follow to reset it.

Once the code has been reset by the Fuell team, you must follow the first step to modify it for security. 🔍



Card PIN (4 digits)

The card PIN is automatically generated when Fuell issues your card. To access it, you must access your account from the App, go to the Cards menu and scroll down until you find the option View Card PIN. 📌
