The transactions carried out and visible on the Fuell platform may have different statuses as shown below:

  • Loaded. These are all transactions - payments - successfully completed.

    • In case you have not completed the information requested in the transaction, it will appear with the status Lack info.

    • In case you have completed the information requested in the transaction, it will appear with the status Completed.

    • In case an administrator or accountant has reviewed the transaction and marked it as such, it will appear with the status Reviewed.

  • Rejected. These are all transactions that have not been charged and therefore have been rejected for any reason.

  • Authorizations. These always have an amount of 0€. There are entities that make this check in order to make sure that the card is valid and works.

In addition, there is something very important to note: there are merchants that hold money but do not cash out instantly. Successful transactions that are still pending, appear in the Charged menu, but with a clock on the date. By law, the merchant has up to 14 days to confirm or deny the charge, and we will proceed to do it automatically without you having to worry about anything at all. 😄
