To select a budget with the physical card

When you are ready to pay with the physical card, you must select in the App from which budget you want to make the payment. Once in the App, go to the Cards menu, and you will see that on the card there is a number written that corresponds to a budget - for example, marketing budget. Click on it to change it.

Once you have done this, you can proceed, and the transaction will be associated with the budget that you have previously chosen and that is shown in the center of the card. 💳

To select a budget with the virtual card

In the case of the virtual card, the process is slightly different, as the virtual card has, by default, only one budget associated with it.

In order to modify the budget allocated on a virtual card, follow the steps below:

  • Access the App and go to the Cards menu.

  • Scroll through the cards horizontally until you find the one you are looking for.

  • Once you have found your card, scroll down to the bottom to see the options, and click on Change allocated budget.

  • Select the new budget you want to assign to this virtual card.

Once you have done this, all transactions you make with that virtual card will be included in that budget. 😃
