Once you make a purchase with your physical card, you will receive a push notification in your phone, and you will have to fill in all the information requested. 👇



Complete the transaction using the App

Once you receive this notification, you will be able to do the following:

  • Take a picture of the receipt/ invoice, which will be automatically associated with the transaction. Note that from the App you cannot upload files, only images.

  • You will also be able to complete the rest of the requested fields, and even change the budget in case you forgot to change it before the payment.

Once you have completed the required fields - those marked with an asterisk - the Missing info status will automatically change to Completed.



Complete the transaction using the website

If you prefer to complete the transaction information using the website, you must go to the Transactions menu, open the specific transaction, and complete the information that will appear in the side menu, being able to:

  • Upload the receipt/ invoice, which will be automatically associated to the transaction. From the web platform you will be able to upload .pdf files.

  • You will also be able to complete the rest of the requested fields, and even change the budget if you have forgotten to change it before paying, having assigned the transaction to an incorrect budget.

Once you have completed the required fields - those marked with an asterisk - the Missing info status will automatically change to Completed.
